How do I create a ModHomeGoods.com account?

Creating an account lets you keep track of past orders, maintain a wishlist, earn store credit on your orders and on the orders of people you refer to ModHomeGoods.com, and participate in special promotions only available for registered members. You only need an email address to create an account.

How do I build a wishlist?

Click the small heart icon at the top-right of each product image to add items to your wishlist. To access your wishlist, click the heart icon at the top right of your screen. You can review your favorite items, see similar items, and add products to the cart. You can also share the wishlist with others via email.

How can I change my password?

When at the login page, click on the "Forgot Password?" link. After entering the email address associated with your account, check your inbox for instructions on how to change your password. If you do not receive the password change email, check your spam/junk folder. Note that if your account is linked to a Facebook, Apple, or Google account, you will need to unlink the account to set a new password.

How can I change the email address associated with my account?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the email address on your account. We can, however, migrate your orders and information to a new account. For assistance, email our customer service team at info@modhomegoods.com, or call us at (561) 778-6891. We will be happy to help!

How do I earn store credit?

 Store Credit is as good as cash at ModHomeGoods.com!

  • You earn 5% of the value of your order every time you purchase.
  • Send your friends to ModHomeGoods.com and get 5% of their total purchase price as a store credit in your account.

How can I use my store credit?

At the shopping cart screen, you can choose to apply all, some, or no store credit to your order. Simply click and drag the Store Credit bar to choose the amount of store credit you would like to apply as the last step before checkout.

My store credit wasn't received. What should I do?

If you failed to receive the store credit that was due, please email our customer service team at info@modhomegoods.com, or call us at (561) 778-6891. We will be happy to help! Note that our team will need the order ID associated with the store credit and the amount that is due.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Near the bottom of our marketing emails, you will see a link to unsubscribe from our emails. You will have the following options on the unsubscribe page:

  • I only want to receive one promotional email per month
  • I only want to know about new promotions with the change of seasons
  • I would only like to receive emails twice per week
  • I only want to receive promotional emails once per week
  • Unsubscribe from all types of emails

How can I see my order history?

You can see all of your order history on the main account page here: Account page.

I don't see my order in the account history. What should I do?

If you are not seeing an order that should be associated with your account, please email our customer service team at info@modhomegoods.com, or call us at (561) 778-6891. We will be happy to help!
