What is your returns policy?

We offer FREE return shipping for requests initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Full refunds are provided if you are not 100% satisfied. Exclusions: Final Sale items, rug pads, cleaning products, and items delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands.

How do I return an item?

Use our Self-Service Returns portal for orders received within the last 30 days and eligible for return. Conditions for free returns & full refunds: item returned in original condition, no returns for Uni-Cleaner, final sale items, and certain locations.

Will I pay for return shipping?

FREE return shipping on all purchases (excluding AK, HI, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands). Customers are responsible for packaging the return and return shipping costs beyond 30 days.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No restocking fees for rugs returned within 30 days. Returns after 30 days incur a restocking fee.

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the package at our facility.

My item's return tracking shows it has been received. When will I receive my refund?

Allow 2-3 business days for the refund transaction to reflect in your account. Contact customer service if it has been more than 10 business days.

I haven't received my return label. What should I do?

Contact customer service for assistance if you haven't received your return label within 24 hours of your request.

How do I package my item(s) for return?

Use sturdy packaging to prevent wear and water damage. Repurpose the original packaging or use plastic wraps. Ensure packages are less than 96 inches in length to avoid FedEx surcharges.

Where do I take my item once it is ready for return?

Drop off your package at a local FedEx Office. Find the nearest location here.

I requested a return but changed my mind. What should I do?

If you change your mind, simply enjoy your item. No further action is needed.

May I combine items in my return and use one label?

Yes, but ensure the package is less than 96 inches in length to avoid FedEx surcharges. You may fold the item if necessary.

Can I exchange an item I have purchased?

We do not offer exchanges. If the item is not what you expected, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Can I arrange for a pickup of my return?

Contact customer service to arrange a pickup. A $5.00 pickup fee per package applies.

Could you mail me a return label?

Yes, contact customer service with your mailing address to receive a return label.

It has been over 30 days since my item was delivered, and I wish to return it. What should I do?

Contact customer service for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). You will be responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 90 days.

I have altered my item. Will I still be eligible for a return and refund?

Altered items are not eligible for return and refund. This includes dyeing, resizing, cutting, bleaching, stretching or shrinking, applying Scotchgard, or any other changes to the original size or shape.

I returned the wrong item. What should I do?

If you returned the wrong item, contact customer service. We will try to locate and return the item to you. The customer must provide a return label for reshipment.
