How much will I have to pay for shipping?

Nothing! We offer FREE Shipping on all items with no minimum purchase required (excluding AK, HI, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands).

How do you ship?

Most products are shipped via FedEx Ground. Some items will ship via USPS. FedEx 2-Day and Overnight shipping options are available at checkout for additional fees. For bulk orders, contact customer service for freight delivery arrangements.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from our distribution centers within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary based on location. In the continental 48 states, most orders are delivered within 5 business days. Note: Items ordered after 1 pm EST may be dispatched the following day.

Will I pay for return shipping?

We offer FREE return shipping on all purchases (excluding AK, HI, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands). We will email you a return label. The customer is responsible for packaging the return. Return shipping costs apply if the order is beyond the 30-day return timeframe.

How do I change my shipping address?

To change the address on your order, contact customer service as soon as possible. If the item has not shipped, we will change the address for you without fees. If the item has shipped, the fee for changing the address is $18.00 per package. Note: We cannot change the address on orders paid via PayPal.

I placed my order, but I want to add expedited shipping. What should I do?

To add expedited shipping to your order, contact customer service as soon as possible. If the item has not shipped, we can add expedited shipping for a fee. Unfortunately, if the item has shipped, we cannot add expedited shipping.

How do I delay the shipment of my order?

To delay the shipping of your order, contact customer service as soon as possible. If the item has not shipped, we will delay the shipment to a date of your choice. Once shipped, we cannot delay the shipment.

I didn't receive my shipment. What should I do next?

If your tracking status shows the item was delivered but it can't be found:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors.
  • Contact customer service if the item is not located.

If the order status shows "Order placed and awaiting shipment" for more than 48 hours, contact customer service.

If FedEx tracking hasn't updated for more than 72 hours, contact customer service to initiate an investigation.

My shipment arrived damaged. What should I do next?

If you received a damaged item(s), email photos of the damage and shipping label to info@modhomegoods.com. Do not dispose of the damaged item, as the courier may need to conduct a review.

I was shipped the wrong item. What should I do next?

If you received the wrong item, email photos of the item and product label to info@modhomegoods.com. We will investigate and initiate a replacement order.

Will my order be delivered on the weekend?

Weekend deliveries depend on location and courier operating hours. Overnight and 2-Day service options do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship globally! Contact customer service to arrange purchase and delivery to your destination. Note: The customer is responsible for international shipping costs based on package weight and distance.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We offer FREE shipping to APO & FPO addresses! Delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks. Customers are still eligible for FREE returns.

Do you ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box.
